- Create and manage a PHP knowledge base, Wikipedia like, on the company's intranet.

- Track and manage incoming calls and mails, from the creation to the resolution, on shared and VIPs hotlines
- Technical assistance Software / Hardware from the sales force major pharmaceutical groups
- Techincal support on a wide range of devices and business applications
- Analysis and statistics on call management
